    Congratulations to our year 6 pupil, Emily Rees, who today came 2nd in the backstroke and 4th in the butterfly at the Welsh National Urdd Swimming Championships. She also had personal bests in both competitions. We are extremely proud of Emily, who over the years has been very successful in swimming competitions. Here she is proudly showing her silver medal.

  • Mrs Joy Evans' Retirement

    Although not finishing until next Tuesday we officially thanked Mrs Joy Evans our school administrator for her long service and commitment to the school at a special assembly. She will be retiring next week after working at the school for over 20 years. Mrs Evans has always been professional, caring and dedicated to her job. She will be missed at the school and has been a "joy" to work with. We wish her all the best for the future and may she enjoy a long, happy retirement.

    It was lovely to have our Chair of Governors, Mrs Marjorie Hinson in school today to present this week's Stars of the Week. Congratulations to all the children.
