Carmarthenshire Athletics Championships

The children of Penygaer have once again done us proud by competing fantastically well in the Carmarthenshire Schools Athletics Championships. They came joint 5th in Carmarthenshire out of the 22 schools that competed. 

A special mention to 3 pupils who received medals.

Keiron Heaven - 3rd in the hurdles.

Imogen Shaw-Davies - 3rd in the high jump.

Emily Rees - 3rd in the Shot Putt.

Well done to all the team who made such an effort to represent the school.
